Chandni Chowk to China Synopsis

Chandni Chowk To China is a hindi Kungfu comedy and it is about a common man Sidhu from Delhi who is taken to China, the land of Kung Fu where he fights the evil. The film starts from the famous Chandani Chawk of old Delhi. The main lead Akshay Kumar plays Sidhu who playing the role of a road side cook and he wants to make it big in life. He approaches an astrologer to find his fate and tries to get short cut to success. But the man has nobody to help except his Dada, who understands him and tries to help him. All of a sudden two people come from China and claim that Sidhu is a reincarnation of one of their war hero. Chopstick is the man who is a translator, who translates Chinese to Hindi and vise versa. The translator tells Sidhu that the two man are calling him to a princely place where he will have wine and women and he doesn’t inform him that there he will have to fight the gang of smugglers called Hojo and save a village. Sidhu happily aggress to go with them and lands up in China. There he manages to escape getting beaten by Hojo but later Hojo informs the villagers about Sidhu’s plights and past and makes his fun. Sidhu feels insulted and tries to take revenge by learning Kungfu from his teacher and by fighting back Hojo and droving his away from the village. Deepika plays Sakhi who has a twin sister in China and her father is dead. The film will release in the last week of October.
